bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with a well-respected hospital.

The Neonatal Nurse Director NICU will oversee a NICU that has over 200 deliveries a month, board-certified neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners, and a Texas Ten Steps facility. This NICU is on the journey to becoming a Baby Friendly Designation and thy have state of the art equipment.

The Neonatal Nurse Director will join the Nurse Leadership team at a wonderful hospital in Southern Texas that supports their employees and offers a collaborative and welcoming day to day working environment. This hospital offers great career growth opportunities within their system in the area or for transfers to different locations in their system.

The Nurse Director Neonatal ICU will be a strong NICU Nurse Leader with Level III or IV NICU nursing experience and previous Nursing Leadership experience. The NICU Nurse Manager will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and will work collaboratively with Physicians and the Nurse Director Labor and Delivery. The Nurse Director NICU will have the support of multiple NICU Nurse Supervisors and a great team of NICU RN's.

Salary:
